Finikounda Beach is located directly in front of the village of Finikounda, in the southern part of Messinia, and it too has been awarded the Blue Flag.
Shallow water, easy days
It is sandy, with clear turquoise water and a shallow depth that makes it ideal for families with small children.
The beach is well organised, with cafés along it offering umbrellas and sunbeds, and the tavernas of the village are a few steps behind.
